PROBLEM STATEMENT : Design a retreat, the first in a series of retreats -- one on each continent -- for seven visitors of seven different religions to stay at for a week.

DESIGN GOALS :
- an open interior space to encourage interaction among visitors
- a distinctly "American" house
- maintaining equality among visitors
