Martinez Market was a proposal to develop a mixed-use project anchored by a year-round farmer's market. The program included infrastructure for the market, small retail spaces, and a public courtyard & community garden. Project goals included bringing some life back to downtown Martinez and encouraging--both local and from out of the area--to make a trip to the Gold Rush boomtown to discover its charm.
